Provides care to children 3 years of age through 14 years of age (3K – 8th grade)
We provide a safe and fun place to go before and after-school hours. Our program provides school-age children with many opportunities for creative, recreational and restful activities as appropriate to meet the needs of each child. Children are given help with homework and have access to a variety of indoor and outdoor activities.
Our goal for this age group is to have the children interact with each other, to make friends and to work in small groups together. Our program promotes individual choice, independence, socialization, problem solving and conflict resolution, decision making and the overall self confidence and self-esteem that is needed for every child.
We have an intentional effort to build and encourage stronger relationships with God and with others through our daily group devotions and through the awareness of the fruits of the spirit in our daily lives.
Our caregivers are dedicated to making sure that the school-age child have fun and that coming to ESC is not a duplicate of their day at school. Most importantly, the program provides parents with the comfort of knowing their child is safe and has their social, academic and spiritual needs met.
After-school children are offered a snack.
We offer care on days that school is not in session as well as early release days, holidays and summer. (We staff according to children’s schedules. TLECC reserves the right to close if there are not a sufficient number of children registered).
Children who attend elementary schools, other than Trinity, are welcome to attend during the summer as defined by Trinity’s summer calendar. Care during the school year is not available to non-Trinity students. Summer is defined by the day after the last day of Trinity’s school year and the day before the first day of Trinity’s new school year.
